DIET-AID.EXE is a DOS program which shows the essential amino-acid content of common food items. An analysis routine will display the amino-acid content of two food items and, by inputting ones weight, will show whether these foods will provide an adequate minimum daily requirement for dietary protein. The program will print-out its data-base on demand and show the record numbers for each food item. Record numbers are required for the analysis routine. The files, FOOD.AID and FOOD.SYS must be resident with the file, DIET-AID.
